Information Restriction Flag - exclusion from Commencement Program

Certain types of information restriction flags on a student's record will keep their names from being printed in the Commencement Program. Please check student link to see if you have an 'N' or 'D' flag. Either of these flags require that we not release any information about you to anyone. That includes putting your name in the Commencement Program. In most cases, this is not the intent of the student, but it does prevent listing in the program.

• If our records show that you have requested an information restriction be placed on your record, your name will NOT appear in the commencement program due to this flag.
• If you still want your name to appear in the commencement program in spite of this restriction, please email us with your permission to do so.
