• Domestic Non-Degree Seeking Application (PDF)*
• International Non-Degree Seeking Application (PDF)*
• Domicile Affidavit (PDF)* -- Submit signed and dated only if you are claiming Arizona residency.
• An application fee of $35.00 for the Domestic Application, and $75 for the International Application payable by check or money order, payable to the University of Arizona Graduate College, must accompany each application.
