Help - My name should appear in the Commencement Program but it doesn't

If you think your name should appear in the Commencement Program but it does not, please contact your department's Graduate Coordinator and verify that you have submitted the proper paperwork. Verify on a future update of the list that the problem has been corrected. It is also possible that you may have an information restriction on your record that prevents us from listing your name. If that is the case, please email us to give us permission to include your name.

Help - My name is listed but there is an error

If there is an error in the way your name or program data is entered, please contact your Degree Auditor. The Auditor's are Michael Renning, 621-9227, Blanche Swyers 621-3235, Kathy Moser 621-3484, and Nancy Lindsay 626-1930. If you are not sure who your degree auditor is, please call any of the above numbers and someone will assist you. If you reach voice mail, please leave your name, ID number, department, and an explanation of the problem. It will be corrected before the program goes to print. Verify on a future update of the list that the problem has been corrected.
