Minimum Application Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (master's degree not required)
  • 3.0 GPA (successful applicants typically have 3.5+) emphasis placed on upper-level undergraduate and prior graduate-level academic performance
  • 600 GMAT score (successful applicants typically have 650-760) GRE scores are no longer accepted
  • Math proficiency (college calculus plus introductory probability and descriptive statistics)
  • Foreign applicants: Test for English as a Foreign Language (600 or higher for the paper and pencil test or 250 or higher for the computer-based test)

Description

The primary objective of the Ph.D. program in Marketing at The University of Arizona is to prepare students for careers in academia, government, or industry where the primary emphasis is on the ability to make original and significant contributions to the marketing discipline through high quality research.
