Description
The Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology is a research-oriented department in which students may receive advanced training in all aspects of cellular, molecular, biochemical, and genetic research.
The Professional Masters Degree in Applied Biosciences is designed for students seeking careers in industry, commerce, and government. Students take core biosciences courses, specialty electives from a variety of university-wide departments, and business and project management courses. Students also complete an internship in industry. The disciplinary component is sufficiently flexible to allow students to tailor their electives and internship to a specialty focus of their choice.
