This is a three-year part-time degree for middle school mathematics teachers with elementary certification. The program is designed for working middle school and elementary school teachers (K-12 education) with courses offered in evenings and during summer terms. Mathematics courses combine a deep look at the mathematics of middle school and effective pedagogy for teaching these ideas. Education courses focus on research based decision making in classroom teaching modern middle school students.
