  • Two letters of recommendation from persons familiar with the applicant's professional abilities
  • A letter from supervisor granting support to complete the program
  • In reviewing these materials, priority will be given to applicants who: Have completed, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree; Have a 3.0 GPA; Are mid-career MCH practitioners; Are minority professionals; work in a rural and/or underserved area; and have letters of support from their employers.
