About This Website
| Printing
You can print any page on this website by choosing File > Print or by pressing Ctrl + P on most computers. If the web page that you're viewing has a plus (+) sign next to the heading, as for example with the Admissions Requirements for Domestic Students page, you can click the plus sign in order to view and print the content of that entire section. When printing directly through your browser, all of the images and menus will be excluded; only the content of the particular page you are viewing will be printed. SiteMap Our site features SiteMap, a tool that allows you to explore the structure of the entire website on a single page and quickly skip to the information you are seeking. This map is generated dynamically, so as soon as new content is added to the website it will show up on the map. Navigation There are a number of navigation tools on this site. In the upper right-hand corner of each page you can search the Graduate College website using Google, or use the quick links menu just below the search bar to skip to particularly useful pages. On the upper left hand side of the page, below the main menu where you can choose About UAGC, Prospective Students, Current Students or My GradColl, you will see what are known as Breadcrumbs to help you navigate. For example, here are the breadcrumbs from the Admissions Requirements main page: These help you to orient yourself on the website and jump to progressively broader categories of information. Just below the breadcrumbs, to the left, you will see a secondary menu that allows you navigate each part of the website. After choosing a page on that menu, a new menu will appear where the secondary menu was, and the secondary menu will be displaced downward. The new menu helps you easily explor the particular section of the website without having to use the more cumbersome secondary menu. Lastly, many pages have arrows at the bottom leading to the next and previous page in its group. Links Almost evey link on this website is UA maroon and will appear underlined when you hover over it with your mouse. Links to web pages that are not on the same server as this website will open up in new browser windows or tabs, depending on how you have your browser configured. My GradColl Login Current UA students can login to My GradColl using their NetID. UA faculty and staff who would like access to our resources must obtain permission from the Graduate College. It is required that all such users have taken the FERPA course. If you think you need access to My GradColl resources and you can not successfully login using your NetID, please contact us. Photographs The photographs on the right hand side of many pages on this site display at random. If you'd like to see the entire group of photos that are displayed, just click any photo.
