| Schedule the Oral Comprehensive Examination. The Application for Oral Comprehensive Examination is due at least seven (7) working days prior to the date of the examination. |

as soon as COMPS are passed |
| Last day to TAKE the Final Oral Examination/Defense. The Announcement of Final Oral Defense is due at least seven (7) working days prior to the date of the examination. |

COMMENCEMENT PROGRAM
| The Commencement Program goes to the printer 1½ months before the commencement ceremony. Please notify Graduate Degree Certification of changes in your completion date in order to ensure that your name will appear in the commencement program. |
