Peace Corps Coverdell Fellow Forms and Resources:

• Orientation Handbook 2012-13
• New Fellows Information & Photo Release Form
• Coverdell Fellows 2012-13 Committment Form

Once an internship is secured, submit the appropriate forms as follows:

• Work Study paperwork to Student Financial Aid (see your UAccess Financial Aid tab)
• Basic Internship Agreement  for any internship not involving Work Study, a graduate assistantship or AmeriCorps funding.
