Douglas is a community of 16,000 on the Arizona/Mexico border across from Agua Prieta. Numerous community and economic development projects have provided opportunities for research, team projects and summer internships, including: Douglas Business Incubator Center/PPEP, Happy Times Children's Center, Just Trade Center/Just Coffee, Pirtleville Community Action Network, Sharing Our Borders, and the Border Philanthropy Project.
