The Graduate College is pleased to announce the competition for the 2018 Marshall Foundation Dissertation Fellowship and the Dr. Maria Teresa Velez – Marshall Foundation Dissertation Scholarship. This award is intended for graduate students who are in the completion stage of their dissertation and who have exhausted all other funding resources except for loans.
The Graduate College is excited to announce a series of workshops on the topic of Graduate Enrollment Management. The series starts in late August and ends in January, 2018. This series is designed for faculty, directors of graduate study, graduate admission committee members, and graduate coordinators. Graduate enrollment management (GEM) is a systematic approach to managing the graduate student life cycle from initial awareness to alumna/alumnus by integrating the core functions associated with the enrollment and support of a graduate student.

In addition to spreading research-based strategies on a variety of topics germane to graduate student and postdoc success, all students have the opportunity to earn Responsible Conduct of Research certification upon course completion. RICHARD A. HARVILL GRADUATE FELLOWSHIP
The mission of the Richard A. Harvill Endowment is to perpetuate knowledge of Dr. Harvill, who served as UA president from 1951 to 1971, a period in which UA began its furious post-war enrollment growth, and the institution took its place among the leading research universities of the west.
Please note that on November 1, 2015, graduate application fees for most programs will increase. The new application fees will be $95.00 for international applications, $85.00 for domestic applications, and $45.00 for domestic, non-degree seeking applications.
