The PhD minor in Environmental Health Sciences is for majors outside Environmental Health Sciences and is administered by the Environmental Health Sciences (EHS) concentration in MEZCOPH.

Meet with the Environmental Health Sciences Program Director to discuss the minor. Complete the MEZCOPH Declaration of Doctoral Minor Form; identify an Environmental Health Sciences Minor Faculty Advisor; and seek EHS Faculty approval through the Environmental Health Sciences Program Director. The Declaration of Minor form must be filed with the MEZCOPH Academic Progress Coordinator, in the MEZCOPH Office of Student Services (Drachman Hall, Room A302)
