Use this form to request changes to permissions in GradApp. You will need to login using WebAuth to continue (if you have never logged in to this site before, your account will be automatically created). The following roles can be requested (or removed):
- GradApp Application Configuration Manager - provides the ability to configure the graduate program's application in GradApp, including all applicant-facing settings, as well manage membership of the Review Committee.
- GradApp Application Decision Manager - provides the ability to submit admissions decisions (Recommend, Deny, Withdraw, etc) for individual applications. This role requires completion of the FERPA Training hosted by the Registrar's Office.
- GradApp Program Description Editor - provides the ability to edit the program's public-facing Program Description.
These roles must be requested by the Department Head or Director of Graduate Studies after the intended person has completed the required Graduate Admissions Basic Training course.
GradApp allows departments to manage their Review Committees without the use of this request form. In GradApp, a person with the Application Configuration Manager role can simply add and remove users to their program-specific Review Committee in the Configure Grad Application area. Review Committee membership may also be cloned to other plans.
IMPORTANT: If you also need to request a departmental role in GradPath, please follow the GradPath provisioning instructions or contact the Graduate Student Academic Services Office for information about the provisioning process in UAccess. All GradPath roles require completion of FERPA Training before they can be approved.
