Information & Eligibility
The Graduate Access Fellowship is a need-based award and requires that the student has submitted a FAFSA application.

Awards are dependent upon the availability of funding and are limited to 4 awards per academic program.
For Admitted Students Applying Directly:
You must be officially admitted and have a UA NetID. Please login with your UA NetID and complete the form below. A letter of recommendation from the University of Arizona academic unit is required (instructions below).
For University of Arizona Academic Units Nominating An Applicant:
The applicant must be targeted for admission regardless of whether the applicant receives the Graduate Access Fellowship. The nomination may be submitted by the Academic Program Head, Director of Graduate Studies, or the Program Graduate Coordinator. Please login with your UA NetID and complete the form below. A letter of recommendation from the University of Arizona academic unit is required (instructions below).
Letter of Support:
A letter of support from the University of Arizona academic unit, on University letterhead, may be emailed to Dorian Voorhees or uploaded through the webform. The letter must address
- Why the Graduate College should honor the request for funding, and
- What funding is being provided by the program to recruit the student (for either the first or second year).
