Graduate Access Fellowship Application

Information & Eligibility

The Graduate Access Fellowship is a need-based award and requires that the student has submitted a FAFSA application. For complete eligibility requirements and other information about this fellowship, please refer to the Graduate Access Fellowship overview.

Instructions

For admitted students applying directly

The student must be officially admitted and have a UA NetID. Please login with your UA NetID and complete the application form below. You will need to provide a letter of recommendation from your academic unit on University of Arizona letterhead stating why the Graduate College application review committee should honor the request for funding and what funding, if any, is being provided to recruit you to the program. Awards are dependent upon the availability of funding and are limited to 4 awards per academic program.

For academic units nominating an applicant

The applicant must be targeted for admission regardless of whether the applicant receives the Graduate Access Fellowship. The nomination may be submitted by the Academic Program Head, Director of Graduate Studies, or the Program Graduate Coordinator. Please login with your UA NetID and complete the application form below. Please upload a letter on University letterhead that states why the Graduate College application review committee should honor the request for funding and what funding, if any, is being provided to recruit the applicant. Awards are dependent upon the availability of funding and are limited to 4 awards per academic program.
