Graduate Center Multipurpose Room Reservation Request

Thank you for your interest in reserving the Multipurpose Room at the Graduate Center. Reservations may be made by units affiliated with the Graduate College and Postdoctoral affairs for events during Graduate Center business hours. Priority will be given to building occupants.

It is recommended you make your reservation at least 3 business days in advance of your event. Same day reservations cannot be accepted.

Steps:

  1. Check the room calendar to see whether it's available at the time and date of your event.
  2. Fill out the form below. It is highly recommended that you budget in time for pre-event set up and post-event cleanup. You will receive an email receipt acknowledging your request after submitting the form.
  3. Wait for a confirmation from the Room Scheduler. Should you have questions or you do not hear from the Room Scheduler, please email gradcenter4info@grad.arizona.edu.

IMPORTANT: This is a reservation request only. You will receive a separate email confirming your reservation within 1-3 business days.
