Management (MS) - Marketing, Accelerated Master's Program
Program Description

Seeking exceptional Eller Marketing and Management students who now have the opportunity to earn both their bachelor’s degree and their Master’s in Management with an emphasis in Marketing degree in as few as five years.

The Accelerated Master's Program (AMP) in Marketing and Management allows students who qualify for the program to complete 9 -12 credits of graduate level coursework during the fourth year of their undergraduate program and count those credits toward both their BSBA and Master’s.  After just one additional year of graduate courses, students in the AMP MSM in Marketing graduate from the UA with both a BSBA and Master’s in Management emphasis in Marketing.

The AMP MSM in Marketing is well-suited for students who aim to gain further specialization and helps give an academic experience that goes well beyond what you receive as an undergraduate.

The primary goal of the Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Marketing (abbreviated to MSM in Marketing) program at the Eller College of Management, University of Arizona, is to provide students with a comprehensive foundation of the principles and practices of marketing and its role in developing and implementing successful business strategies.  The curriculum, to be offered by renowned and world-class faculty in the Marketing Department, will provide students with a marketing-focused curriculum that provides both conceptual frameworks as well as analytical tools to develop and hone their critical marketing skills in formulating and identifying business and marketing problems and opportunities, understanding customers and incorporating customer insights to make informed marketing decisions, and designing effective marketing plans to improve business performance.

We expect students graduating from the program to have deep conceptual and analytical skills that would be valued in a wide variety of industry sectors, both nationally and internationally. In addition, we expect the program to kindle an interest amongst exceptional students to pursue doctoral education and an academic career in Marketing.
