Commencement Program and Diplomas

Please notify Graduate Degree Certification immediately if you make any of the following changes on your student records:

• Change your date of graduation
• Change your degree major or minor
• Change your name, address or telephone number

The Commencement Program goes to press 6 weeks before the commencement ceremony. Notify the Graduate Degree Certification Office of changes in your completion date to ensure your name will appear in the program.
