Dear Directors of Graduate Studies and Graduate Program Coordinators,
I am pleased to invite you to the May ZOOM meeting for DGSs and Program Coordinators. Along with my Admissions and Graduate Student Academic Services teams in the Graduate College, I will facilitate a 1-hour session that will update you on Graduate College changes in policies, procedures, dates, and deadlines in response to Coronavirus. We will provide a tutorial on Accelerated Master’s Program admissions procedures, Adobe Sign for thesis and dissertation signature pages, and the new digital change of schedule process. We will also inform you about summer access to the library and changes underway to the Graduate Catalog and Program Description Guides required by the State Approving Agency. On the RSVP form you have the option of submitting a question or concern for us to address in this meeting (or a future meeting if we don’t have enough time).
There are two meeting times (both addressing the same topics):
Tuesday, May 19, 2 – 3 p.m. or
Wednesday, May 20, 10 – 11 a.m.
