The Graduate College's Office of Diversity and Inclusion is sponsoring a Graduate & Professional Students of Color  welcome reception in partnership with the UA Graduate and Professional Student Council. There will be a reception/networking area with food on one side of the ballroom, and a small resource fair featuring campus services that support graduate students.

The University of Arizona community is cordially invited to attend the 20th Annual Undergraduate Research Opportunities Consortium Poster Session and Closing Ceremony on Monday August 10, 2015 in the Student Union North Ballroom from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. One hundred eighty-six graduate school-bound undergraduate students from schools across the United States and Latin America will exhibit their summer research.  These outstanding students have participated in a 10-week intensive summer research program under the supervision of a UA faculty mentor.

Graduate Orientation 2015

Graduate Orientation 2015 will take place on Wednesday, August 19th, 2015, from 8am to 2pm. Information sessions will be presented on a variety of topics to help you make the transition to graduate school, including financial aid and funding, student health insurance, and career services for graduate students. April 2 Event: Panel on Interdisciplinary Research and Collaboration

The UA Graduate Center invites you to attend a panel on interdisciplinary research and collaboration on Thursday April 2nd, 2015!

The Graduate Center has brought together professors from across diverse fields ranging all the way from Music to Neuroscience to share their insights and expertise in forming and advancing effective interdisciplinary teams.

Light hor d'oeuvres and refreshments will be available starting at 5:00PM and the panel discussion will start at 5:30PM in the Student Union Memorial Center Copper Room.

Master's Scholarship Focused on Workforce Readiness Accepting Applications Now

The UA Graduate College, with the assistance of the Marshall Foundation and the Colleges of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Education and Social and Behavioral Sciences has created the Arizona Works Tuition Scholarship in order to incentivize Arizonans to enroll in UA master’s programs in these colleges that meet the workforce needs of the State.

MacArthur Fellows Speaker Series

2015 Marshall Foundation Dissertation Fellowship Awardees

The Graduate College is pleased to announce that six graduate students will be receiving the prestigious Marshall Foundation Dissertation Fellowship for final-phase dissertation support. In addition to a stipend from the Louise F. Marshall Foundation, each student will receive a tuition scholarship for two semesters from the UA Graduate College.
