Prospective students should carefully review all the pages in this section of our website in order to thoroughly understand our application process.
To successfully apply, the student should complete, pay the admission fee, and submit the online application. Next, check with the department you intend to study with regarding submission of all needed transcripts, proof of degrees, test scores, letters of recommendation, etc. Then, await an official admission decision from the Graduate College.
Note that the decision to recommend or deny is made by the department to which you apply. The Graduate College will perform a quality control check on your file after the department has made its recommendation to admit. The formal notification of your admission or denial will come from the Graduate College.
After you apply online, you may check the status of your application at your convenience by logging back in to the application system at https://apply.grad.arizona.edu/.
