Academic college deans allocate to individual academic units or retain centrally to award eligible University of Arizona degree seeking graduate students. The minimum award is $1,000 per semester for Master's students and $2,500 for doctoral students beginning with the 2021-22 academic year. EligibilityTo be eligible for consideration of an award, the student must minimually meet the following Graduate College criteria. Academic colleges and/or academic units may set higher requirements. Admitted to a graduate degree granting academic unit at the UA (Certificate only, Arizona Online and MD only students are not eligible), In good academic standing, and Have an admitting or cumulative graduate GPA of 3.0 or higher. Instructions for Academic Units The minimum award for Graduate College Fellowships is $1,000 per semester for Master's students and $2,500 for doctoral students. Full year awards are strongly recommended to allow the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid to coordinate all aid for the academic year. Awards are processed using UAccess Student, External Awards using the college's associated item type under Graduate College account 2558439.
